Applications
Ideal for ice machines and tankless water heaters.
How to Use
Mix: Stir Ice Max™® into one gallon of water for maximum strength. It can be diluted in up to three gallons of water.
Remove: Turn off the unit and water supply, then remove ice and drain.
Add: Add the Ice Max™® solution to the unit.
Circulate: Circulate the water for 15-30 minutes, removing the scale. Heavy scale may require a second treatment. Scaled surfaces can also be brushed or soaked with the solution.
Drain: Drain the solution and flush the system with fresh water until scale-free. Unit is ready to resume operation, but first batch of ice after cleaning must be discarded.
Safety
Danger: Irritant.
Contains Sulfamic Acid. Avoid skin and eye contact. Harmful if swallowed. Wear protective gear. Wash thoroughly after handling.
First Aid
Eyes: Flush with water for 15 minutes. Get medical help. Ingest: Do not induce vomiting. Drink lots of water. Get immediate medical help. Skin: Remove affected clothing. Rinse skin with water for 15 minutes. If symptoms develop, get medical help.
